  15.      _o_u_t_b_o_x is a simple tool to Publish files automatically to the users home
  16.      page. These files can then be viewed or downloaded by people viewing the
  17.      users home page using Mosaic, Netscape or another Web Browser.

  19.      The URL for the users Home Page is http://<machine-name>/~<user-name>

  22.      When outbox is installed a directory called "public_html" is
  23.      automatically created in the users home directory. A default home page is
  24.      also created in the file "index.html". All files published through _o_u_t_b_o_x
  25.      are placed in this directory. Files published as links are created as
  26.      "soft-links" in the file system. More information on publishing files is
  27.      available from the Help Menu of _o_u_t_b_o_x.
